Say hiI'm Nikhil Rathi, a graphic and UI/UX designer in Gurgaon. I build brands from the first rough sketch to the last template a team needs to run on their own.
The short version
I studied animation and visual graphics at Amity, and I've spent the years since turning briefs into brands: logos, colour and type systems, pitch decks, websites, and the hundred small pieces a company needs to look like itself everywhere.
Today I'm Assistant Design Manager at IREPworkspaces, where I built the brand from zero, and I run design at studioMOrph, a small studio working with companies like ISSC, Quattro Spaces and FacEX.
I still start almost everything with a pencil. The sketch is where an idea is honest; the system is where it becomes useful.
What I do
01
Logo, colour, type and the rules that hold them together, written down so anyone can use them.
See IREPworkspaces02
Company profiles, pitch and sales decks that read in one pass: big claim, short proof, one picture.
See TrueSpace03
Marketing sites and interfaces designed in Figma, from wireframe to the screens a developer builds from.
See Quattro Spaces04
Post templates, brochures, ads and event material that stay on-brand long after launch day.

The same four steps, whether it's a logo or a forty-page deck.
A proper brief: who it's for, what it has to do, what's been tried. I ask the awkward questions early so they don't turn up late.
Rough directions on paper first, then the strongest one or two on screen. Cheap to change, easy to compare.
The chosen idea becomes rules: grid, type scale, colour, components and templates, tested on real content.
Organised source files, guidelines and ready-to-use templates, so your team can keep going without me.
